Saturday is Dinosaur Express! We have a great event planned and we're going to be using our new Pavilion as a staging area for all of our bones and stuff. We have the Morrison Natural History Museum, Dinosaur Ridge, and Dinosaur Brokers all coming out to display their really cool artifacts.

But we need to get the picnic tables out of the pavilion for this event. We would love some help Friday afternoon at 1:00pm for about 20-30 minutes putting the picnic tables around the perimeter of the pavilion so that the Dino Folks can get all set up!

The more the merryier! It takes four of us to move a table, we don't want to scrape the concrete! So if we had a dozen folks show up at 1pm at the pavilion it would take us no time at all to get 'er done.

Please come out and give us a hand, the help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

And Saturday morning at 7:30am, we will be placing some pop-up tents around the grounds for shade and comfort, if we could get a few folks to help with that as well, that would be terrific too!

We could also use your help with:

Loading and unloading the train

Sharing information about our great museum

Helping stranded guests looking for whatever they're looking for

Don't miss the fun, we'd love you to come on out and give us a hand.
Send Heidi a note at heidi@crrm.org if you will have time to come out to help.

Thanks again for you help and Support! We're looking forward to a great event Saturday...let's make lots of guests happy and make lots of money for the museum!

Celebrate the Birth of our Nation

Every Saturday in July (except July 18) we will be celebrating America's history and how the railroad transported some of our greatest Americans across the country to share their ideals with the voting public.

The train was a perfect "Platform" for presidential candidates and sitting presidents to stump the crowds. Here some of the most famous speeches in American history being told off the end of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Executive No. 96 Car. Professional actors will portray Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, and Franklin Roosevelt as they present famous speeches at 11am, 12pm and 1pm on Saturday July 4, 11, and 25.

And we'd love your help! If you would like to help answer questions of our guests, help out with Art, Gus, and Keith on the Track Crew, help loading the train, or just come out to enjoy a step back in time. We'd love to see you. TELL YOUR FRIENDS! Let's all work together to have great crowds for the month of July!

Please pass the information below about Polar Express Auditions to anyone you think may be interested. We have lots of roles to fill...there are 99 total performances. We need lots of help getting this event cast.

Thanks for any help you can give us.
